- The opening hours of Madame Tussauds Dubai are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- You are advised to wear comfortable & respectful clothes.
- Children 12 years or older are classed as an adult.
- Children 3 - 12 years are classed as a child.
- Children under three years old can enter the attraction for free.
- Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
- Please note that guests who are people of determination will pay the regular ticket price but are entitled to bring one caregiver at no charge; tickets can be purchased at the attraction.
- Kids below 12 years are eligible for one complimentary ticket per paying adult with the following conditions.
- Booking period & Offer validity: 01st May to 31st Aug’2024
- During the campaign, free entry is offered to kids below 12 years old when accompanied by a paying adult, and normal charges will apply if there are additional kids. (e.g. For two paying adults and three children, two children will go free, and the 3rd child will pay for a ticket)
- The team at Madame Tussauds will allow kids below 12 years to enter for free when the accompanying adult presents a ticket at the ticketing counter.
Cancellation Policy
- Your Madame Tussauds Dubai Tickets cannot be canceled once booked.
My Voucher
- Your tickets are valid for the date and time stated.
- Your Madame Tussauds Dubai Tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt. id proof.
