- Infants and toddlers between 0-2 years old are allowed free of charge.

- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given.

- Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket will be applicable only for the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to next or any other day.

If a visitor is escorted out of the museum for any reason, or if a ticket has been purchased by a visitor who is not permitted entry, no refund will be paid in respect of the ticket purchased.
