- 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM (Slots available at 12:00, 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 PM)
- Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the ticket. During peak seasons, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to avoid delays.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Entry and experience are at the responsibility of the accompanying adult or guardian.
- Outside food or drinks are not permitted inside The View.
- Large bags, shopping bags, and strollers must be stored in the designated lockers near The View entrance.
- Visibility may be affected by weather conditions. No refunds will be provided due to poor weather or limited visibility. In case of severe conditions, the attraction may be temporarily closed for safety.
- Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
- Set lunch includes one main course and one dessert at Lolli Restaurant on the viewing deck.
