Arrive early and take the Sky Safari cable car from the ferry. Not only do you avoid the uphill walk from the wharf, but you also get a stunning aerial view of Sydney Harbour, the giraffe enclosure, and the zoo’s layout before you even start exploring.

By bus from the city: The M30 via Military Road and Bradleys Head Road to Taronga Zoo can be caught from Wynyard - Stand T (Clarence St). If you want to drive: Parking is available at the Zoo.
