- Children between 3 and 12 years of age are eligible for reduced-rate tickets, while those aged 12 and above pay the full adult fare.
- Tickets are valid for six months from the initially selected travel date.
- Unused tickets are non-refundable, but you have the option to reschedule within the next six months.
- Staff instructions must be followed to ensure safety for all guests and prevent any potential harm.
- Inappropriate behaviour, unruliness, or threats to others' safety lead to removal from the attraction or property.
- Acceptance of the pilot's or ground crew's authority and decisions is required when joining the Dubai Balloon at Atlantis experience.
- A dedicated team of pilots will always monitor the weather, as your safety and security are our top priorities. This means there may be times when we cannot operate the balloon due to weather conditions. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather
- Refunds will not be provided if asked to leave by the pilot or ground crew.
