To beat the crowds and make the most of your visit to Entopia, plan to arrive early in the morning when the butterflies and insects are most active. Don't forget to bring sunscreen and a hat, as some parts of the park are outdoors and can get sunny

- Adults are aged between 13 and 59 years, children are aged between 4 and 12 years, and senior citizens are aged 60 years and above.
- Children aged 3 and under enter free without a ticket.
- Adults must accompany children under 13 years of age throughout their visit.

Can I leave and re-enter Entopia Penang?
If you wish to leave and re-enter Entopia Penang on the same day, you are required to get your hand stamped at the admission points. If you fail to obtain a hand stamp, you will not be allowed to re-enter the park premises.
Is outside food allowed in Entopia Penang?
Outside food and drinks, as well as any sort of picnic activities, are not permitted on Entopia Penang premises. Exceptions are made for infants and visitors with special needs.
