About Junglia Okinawa Ticket

Junglia is unlike any theme park Japan has seen before. Most Japanese theme parks are urban — Junglia is built in, and around, one of Japan's most spectacular natural environments. The Yanbaru region of northern Okinawa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to endemic species found nowhere else on earth, and the park has been designed to use the landscape itself as its greatest attraction.

The Dinosaur Safari is the showstopper. Visitors board an off-road armoured vehicle and navigate a 17-minute journey through a jungle habitat populated by animatronic dinosaurs — 20 specimens including a 19-metre Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, and Triceratops, culminating in a tense encounter with a charging T. rex. It's part ride, part theatrical experience, and it delivers on both counts.

The Horizon Balloon lifts you 200 metres above the park for a silent, 360° view of the jungle, mountains, and Pacific coastline — one of the most remarkable viewpoints in Okinawa. Other highlights include the Human Arrow (a slingshot ride that launches you forward, backward, and skyward through the treetops), FLY PHOENIX (a zip line over the forest canopy), and the Super Yambaru spin ride with views across the park's full natural panorama.

The park also features Panorama Dining — a glass-walled restaurant with open-air 'bird's nest' seating positions that look out over the jungle — and the Spa Junglia facility (sold separately), featuring what is claimed to be the world's largest infinity public bath, outdoor saunas, and cave baths. Evening concludes with a daily fireworks display. Book your Junglia tickets on Thrillark.
