About Perfume Pagoda Full-Day Guided Tour from Hanoi

If you're looking for a beautiful and unique place, the Perfume Pagoda should be on your list. It's a long journey to get there, but the view of the limestone mountains, rice fields, and the incredible Huong Tich Cave make it all worth it. The journey to this beautiful place is long, so you must start early in the morning. You'll be welcomed by a friendly tour guide who will take you on a 70km drive to the Perfume Pagoda. It's an excellent opportunity to see the countryside and get fresh air. Once you reach the parking area, hop onto an electric car that will transfer you to the Duc wharf. From there, you'll take a rowing boat along the Yen River to Tro Pier, which will take you deeper into the Perfume Pagoda. The view of the limestone mountains, rice fields, and other boats rowing in front and behind you is breathtaking. Crossing a Huong Tich pagoda to reach the Huong Tich Cave would be best.
The journey is not easy, as it's pretty challenging and tortuous. But the view is worth it.
The large dome-like jaw of a dragon, Huong Tich, is an incredible sight. You'll also see five letters printed on the upper side of the dome by Trinh Sam Lord, which reads "Most Beautiful Cave in South". The inner part of the cave is even more captivating. As you go down deep after almost 120 steps, you'll see a rice hill made of stalactite inside the middle part. Just move down a bit deeper, and you'll encounter two paths. After visiting the cave, it's time to recharge your energy with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Then, you'll continue your journey to Thien Tru Pagoda, also known as Heaven Kitchen Pagoda, another fascinating tourist attraction in Hanoi. The pagoda's unique architectural style, "5 entrances with three steps", is simply stunning. Over the abbots' lifetime, the pagoda's construction and reconstruction have continued continuously, leading Thien Tru Pagoda to be a magnificent castle among the mountains and forests of Huong Son. Finally, you'll travel back to Duc Wharf to drive back to Hanoi with a relaxed mind or enjoy the countryside along the highway. You'll reach your hotel around 18:30 - 19:00, and the tour guide will thank you. I hope to see you again on your next trip. So, add the Perfume Pagoda to your list of things to do in Hanoi.
