- Ticket valid on the selected date.
- The guest is allowed to change the session time on the selected date, based on availability, which needs to be informed in advance.
- Tickets are strictly not exchangeable, transferable and refundable.
- Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice or closed for private events.
- Riders must be over 107cm (42") to bodyboard and over 133cm (52") to ride standup on the FlowRider®.
- ALL riders must present a government photo identification to ride.
- Riders under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian with valid photo identification present to sign off on their indemnity form.
- Do not participate if you have had any recent surgery or illness.
- Do not participate if you have a heart condition or neck, back and bone ailments.
- Do not participate if you suffer from high blood pressure or aneurysms.
- Do not participate if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Ticket applies to all markets, including Thai.
- Show Mobile Ticket for redemption: Ticketing counter.
- Wave Sessions Start promptly at the beginning of each hour. Please check-in procedure.15 Minutes
- Please present either a mobile or printed voucher for entry at the Wave Desk.
- Operating Hours: Monday - Wednesday 11.00 am- 09.00 pm (Last session 08.00 pm) / Thursday - Sunday 10.00 am - 09.00 pm (Last session 08.00 pm)
- Limit 12 Pax per session (6 Pax / Lane)
- A late arrival could result in your Wave Session being occupied by another Rider within the same visit date.
- First-time visitors must sign the waiver form before the FlowRider session. Riders who refuse to sign the waiver form will not be permitted to enter the FlowRider.
Cancellation Policy
- These tickets are non-refundable, but you can use them anytime within the next 3 months.
