- Open daily: 10 AM to 10 PM
What to Wear:
- You are advised to wear comfortable and respectful clothes.
- Loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves are not allowed.
Eligibility:
- Guests aged between 12 - 65 years are allowed (for the glass slide).
- Children under 3 years enter for free.
- Children above 3 years of age are allowed for the sky views observatory. The ticket price is the same.
- Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person.
- Weight criteria: Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kgs will be allowed. (for the glass slide)
- Height criteria: Guests with heights ranging from 120 cm to 210 cm will be allowed (for the glass slide).

- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

- Your tickets are valid for the time and date stated
- Your Sky Views Dubai Experience tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof
