- Ticket Validity: Admission tickets are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Family tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

- Friday to Sunday, public holidays & eves – 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- From July 12 to September 1 – 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Entry & Booking Policy:
- Last admission is 30 minutes before closing. Please arrive early.
- Must book before 8:00 PM (local time) if purchasing for same-day entry.
- Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and void if altered.
- Valid only for the selected visit date.
- Ride Rules & Accessibility:
- Each gondola accommodates up to 8 visitors and may be shared.
- Large luggage, strollers, scooters, or wheeled items are not allowed on board (regardless of foldability). Paid storage is available onsite.
- Pets are not allowed (except certified guide dogs).
- Children (ages 3–11) must be accompanied by someone aged 15 or above.
