About Whitney Museum of American Art Ticket
Start at the top on the 8th floor and work your way down. The 7th floor houses the Hopper collection — the most comprehensive gathering of Edward Hopper's work anywhere in the world, including paintings, sketches, and personal notebooks. Calder's Circus on the same floor is another highlight, particularly popular with younger visitors. The terraces on floors 5–8 offer some of the best views in lower Manhattan — the Hudson River, the High Line, and the downtown skyline all visible from the open-air decks.
The Whitney Biennial, held every two years since 1932, is one of the most important events in the American art calendar and frequently features works by artists who go on to define the decade. Year-round, the rotating programme of special exhibitions keeps the museum fresh and relevant. Book your tickets on Thrillark and plan your visit around the High Line and the Meatpacking District for a full day of culture and neighbourhood exploration.
