Cancellation Policy
- Your tickets cannot be canceled, but it is valid for 6 months from the date of booking
My Voucher
- Your tickets are valid for 7 days from the date of first use, but can be used within 6 months from the date of booking
- Your Dubai Flexi Attractions Pass tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof

What is an iVenture Card package?
An iVenture Card package includes a range of attractions, experiences, and things to do all on one single pass. Each iVenture Card is loaded with a package of your choice.
Is there an iVenture Card Package for children?
Yes, there is a large range of exciting attractions. The range of attractions packages is available for children aged between 3 and 12. Children who are 13 or older will need an Adult package. Children under 3 are subject to fees payable to individual attractions.
How long is the iVenture package valid for?
They are valid for 6 months from the date of card issuance. Each package has different expiry periods and you should carefully review this at the time of purchase.
Do I have to use my iVenture Card on consecutive days?
You have to use the pass within 7 consecutive calendar days
Can I return to the same attraction using my iVenture Card?
No. The iVenture Card is designed to show you around the city and see as much as you can of different attractions and experiences. iVenture Card benefits can only be redeemed once per person per attraction
How can I book a ticket?
