- Children aged 5-12 years are allowed to enter the premises with a Child ticket.
- Children under age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over whilst at attraction
- Children aged 12 years and below, and of height below 1.4metres have to be accompanied by adults during the boat ride. Please note that no babies in arms are allowed.

- The Images of Singapore live show is a 30 minute show in English Language. During this 30 minutes, you are not allowed to leave the attraction. Photography and videography is not permitted.
- Madame Tussauds Singapore is a self-guided attraction. You can wander around at your own pace.
