Timings:
- The duration of the Singapore Flyer Tour is 1 hour.
- Singapore Flyer Timings: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
- Infants and toddlers between 0-2 years old are allowed free of charge.
- Kids between the age of 3-12 are charged as per the child fare.
- Guests above the age of 13 will be charged as per the adult fare.
- All visitors must be fully vaccinated except for children aged 12 and below.
- ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of arrival.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket can only be redeemed on the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to the next or any other day.
- Pre-booking of time slots is not required.
- Singapore Flyer operations will be temporarily suspended for safety reasons in extreme weather conditions. Time Capsule will remain open even during extreme weather.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your selected time slot for check-in at Guest Services Lounge (Level 1).
- Boarding for latecomers will be at the discretion of the on-ground operator and subject to availability.

- For a full refund cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the tour.
- No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
