Timings:
- The duration of the Singapore Flyer Tour is 1 hour.
- Singapore Flyer Timings: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
- Infants and toddlers between 0-2 years old are allowed free of charge.
- Kids between the age of 3-12 are charged as per the child fare.
- Guests above the age of 13 will be charged as per the adult fare.
- Vaccination Requirement: All visitors must be fully vaccinated, except for children aged 12 and below.
- ID Verification: Valid ID proof is required for each guest at the time of arrival.
- Travel Document Requirement: All foreign nationals must present their passport and visa details upon arrival.
- Ticket Validity: Fixed-day tickets are only valid on the selected date and cannot be transferred or postponed.
- Booking Flexibility: Pre-booking of time slots is not required for entry.
- Weather Advisory: Singapore Flyer operations will be suspended during extreme weather conditions for safety. The Time Capsule experience will remain open.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot to check in at the Guest Services Lounge (Level 1).
- Late Arrival Policy: Boarding for latecomers is subject to availability and at the discretion of the on-ground team.
- Temporary Closure Notice: The Time Capsule (pre-boarding gallery at Singapore Flyer) will be closed for upgrading works starting 28 April 2025.
- Relocated Entrance: During the upgrade period, entry will be temporarily relocated to Level 2 of the terminal building.
- The new Time Capsule is set to reopen in August 2025, featuring refreshed interactive exhibits and enhanced experiences.
