- In order for you to plan your day, please be prepared for a pick-up between the following times:
- 5:00am - 5:30am - Ras Al Khaimah (central pick-up point at ENOC petrol station beside Al Hamra Mall)
- Your pick-up time and location will be confirmed via phone call by the reservation team between 18:30 and 19:30 the evening before your flight.
- Additional charge is applicable for transfer pick-up outside of Ras al Khaimah.
- For ballooning, Action Flight requires you to be no more than 130kg (286lbs) in weight.
- You must be at least 6 years or older on the day of your activity.
- Children (135cm) must be tall enough to see over the top of the basket.
- Minimum height required is 135cm.
- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- If you are pregnant 3 months or more on the day of your flight, you are not permitted to fly.
- You should not scuba dive 24 hours before the date of your flight.
