HyperDrive isn't your normal sleepy go-kart tracks that your uncles take you to. This is Asia’s first indoor gamified electric go-kart circuit. Just like Mario Kart, zip and zoom through all the three level tracks with 14 exciting turns. What's really neat is the "Game of Karts" feature, where you can collect virtual weapons and boosts to mess with your rivals or zoom ahead. Plus, the special lighting and sound effects make the whole experience even more immersive. You can choose from different karts, including junior and senior ones, and even a dual kart if you want to ride with someone. And don't you worry, there's a safety briefing before you hit the track. Frequently Asked Questions
What are the age and height restrictions?
All participants must be at least 9 years old who wish to drive the go-kart alone and be 130cm tall. Children with a minimum height of 90cm can ride Dual Kart with a driver who is min. 18 years old and 140cm.
Are helmets required, and can I use my own?
For everyone’s safety, all participants must wear safety helmets provided by HyperDrive, fitted in the correct size (XS to XXL) as determined by our trained crew. Helmets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis for each session. If your ideal helmet size isn’t available, you may be rescheduled to the next available karting session. Should our crew find that no helmet size is suitable, we will issue a full refund.
What is the difference between Junior and Senior Karts?
The Junior and Senior Karts at HyperDrive cater to different ages and skill levels for a tailored racing experience. Junior Karts are designed for participants aged 9 and above, with a minimum height of 130cm, offering easier acceleration and steering control, making them ideal for children; adults, however, must opt for Senior Karts. These karts can reach up to 30km/h at Novice Level and may share race sessions with Dual Karts but not Senior Karts. If a participant is deemed unsuitable for a Junior Kart, we reserve the right to switch kart types, with additional charges applied.
Senior Karts, on the other hand, are for those aged 9 and up, with a minimum height of 140cm, delivering a more exhilarating ride with enhanced acceleration. At Novice Level, Senior Karts also hit 30km/h, but at Advance Level, they can reach 50km/h, requiring participants to be at least 18, hold a valid car or motorcycle license, and achieve a lap time of 34.5s or less at Novice Level. Advance Level tickets are only available on-site after lap time qualification and license verification.
Do I need car or motorcycle license to participate?
You don’t need a car or motorcycle license to join the fun at HyperDrive! As long as you meet the age and height requirements, you can race our Junior, Senior, or Dual Karts at Novice Level, reaching speeds up to 30 km/h. However, if you’re aiming to push a Senior Kart to its max speed of 50 km/h at Advance Level, you’ll need to be at least 18, hold a valid car or motorcycle license, and clock a lap time of 34.5s or better at Novice Level. No matter your experience, everyone must attend a mandatory pre-race safety briefing before hitting the track.
How long is my ticket valid for?
Each ticket is only valid for the selected day and race session.
How long does it take to complete the 18-hole?
Completing the 18-hole UltraGolf course typically takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour. The entire game must be played in a single session by the same ticket holder, as per the session guidelines.
What is Inclement Weather Insurance?
Inclement Weather Insurance offers you a one-time opportunity to reschedule your UltraGolf session to another date within 30 days if bad weather, such as heavy rain or lightning warnings, disrupts your plans. This insurance is non-refundable and can only be used for a single reschedule, subject to available dates and time slots. To reschedule, email us your confirmation order number along with your preferred new date and session time, and we’ll update your booking accordingly.
