- This activity is not recommended for wheelchair users
- Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays. The Whirling Dervishes perform on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and children under the age of 7 may not be permitted
- You can check availability to see starting times
- You ticket is valid for 2-7 days
- You are advised to wear comfortable clothes
- All guests with children are allowed to get the Istanbul Tourist Pass
- Children 5 – 11 years can get the child pass
- Children under 11 can experience some attractions for free
- Children 12 years and older will need an adult pass
- The pass includes Guided Tours to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Hagia Irene, Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum and Dolmabahçe Palace.
- Check the tour timetable for its start times
- You are requested to meet the guide at the meeting point 5 minutes before the tour begins
- Please note that all attractions are single entry, except the Boat Tour which is valid for 1 day or 1 full loop
Cancellation Policy
- Your tickets can be cancelled for a 100% refund up to 3 business days before you start using the Pass
- Please note, if your travel plan changes, your pass validity dates will be amended free of charge (if any service was not used)
- Your pass validity date can also be reset so that you can use it any time within 24 months
My Voucher
Your tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof
