About Combo: LEGOLAND Malaysia + Blue Ice Skating Rink @ Paradigm Mall
Miniland is the park's creative centrepiece and most photographed zone — an extraordinary collection of 17 iconic Asian landmark replicas, each built to miniature scale from more than 30 million LEGO bricks. The Petronas Twin Towers of Kuala Lumpur, the Taj Mahal, Singapore's Merlion, the Angkor Wat temples, and iconic landmarks from across the continent are recreated with astonishing detail, many of them interactive — press a button and watch boats sail, cars move, or water features activate. LEGO Technic is the adrenaline hub: Project X is a sharp-turning coaster that remains one of the park's most beloved thrill rides, the Great LEGO Race adds a virtual reality overlay for an immersive racing dimension, and Aquazone Wave Racers turns water into a battleground. LEGO Kingdoms transports visitors to a medieval world of castles and dragons: The Dragon roller coaster threads through a castle interior, the Royal Joust teaches archery, and live jousting performances fill the Castle Stage. Land of Adventure's Lost Kingdom Adventure deploys laser blasters against ancient temple targets. NINJAGO World's signature ride — NINJAGO The Ride — is a 4D motion-based attraction where visitors physically control their ninja moves through hand gestures, using cutting-edge technology to create one of the most interactive dark rides in any theme park.
The newest headline attraction is LEGO Ferrari Build & Race, launched in November 2025 as the first of its kind in Asia. The experience is anchored by the world's first life-sized LEGO Ferrari F50 — an extraordinary engineering achievement in LEGO construction and a must-photograph moment. Inside the centre, visitors explore the history and iconography of Ferrari, then move into dedicated build, test, and race zones: design your own LEGO Ferrari race car, test it against three specialised tracks measuring speed, steering, and performance, then scan it to race virtually on a digital replica of Ferrari's legendary Pista di Fiorano circuit in Italy. A DUPLO build area ensures even the youngest visitors can participate. This single attraction adds an entirely new dimension to the LEGOLAND Malaysia experience for 2025 visitors.
Blue Ice Skating Rink at Level 3F-30 of Paradigm Mall in Skudai is everything LEGOLAND is not — cold, quiet, and calm. It holds the distinction of being the first and largest real ice rink ever built in the state of Johor, offering 20,000 square feet of genuine maintained ice in an air-conditioned mall environment. Ice skate rental is included and available in all sizes; gloves are required on the ice and available for RM7 on-site if needed. Certified coaches cover three disciplines — Figure Skating, Ice Hockey, and Speed Skating — and are available for beginners who want guidance before their first session. The rink operates on a session-based entry system, and the fully stocked pro shop carries rentals, sharpening services, and equipment. As the only remaining real ice rink in Johor, Blue Ice attracts both casual first-timers and dedicated figure skaters who travel specifically for the ice. Paradigm Mall is approximately 20 minutes from LEGOLAND by Grab — an ideal second stop that swaps LEGO-brick sunshine for a cool glide across real ice. Book both on Thrillark.

Insiders' Tips
At LEGOLAND Malaysia, head to the LEGO Ferrari Build & Race and NINJAGO The Ride first thing in the morning when queues are shortest — both draw high demand throughout the day. Download the LEGOLAND Malaysia app before visiting for real-time wait times and a park map. Outside food is not permitted inside LEGOLAND, so plan your meal around the eight in-park eateries. For Blue Ice Skating Rink, bring or wear a light jacket or long-sleeved top — the rink is genuinely cold and the contrast with JB's outdoor heat can feel intense. Weekday mornings tend to have the smoothest ice and fewest skaters; weekends can get busy by early afternoon. Paradigm Mall is well-served by Grab from LEGOLAND Malaysia — allow around 20–25 minutes travel time.
