  • Mobility Equipment: Motorised or wheeled mobility devices such as skate-scooters, rollerblades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys are not permitted. However, Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are allowed, subject to specific terms and conditions.

  • Child Supervision: For safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the visit.

  • Photography & Filming Policy: Photography (without flash) and video recording are permitted within the Singapore Oceanarium, but strictly prohibited inside the Marine Mammal Habitat. Filming or photographing for commercial or promotional purposes is not allowed without prior written approval.
