The Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum is home to the largest collection of Islamic art in the world. In the old palace of Grand Vizier Ibrahim Pasha, next to the Blue Mosque, is the impressive museum, one of the biggest in Turkey. A renowned rug collection, manuscripts, glass, tiles, works of calligraphy, and many other masterpieces from the Turkish and Islamic worlds are displayed there. You will get access to the ceremonial chamber and second court of the building, which houses the collections, during your guided tour of the museum.
