Age & Ticket Policy:
- Children aged 0–3 years: free entry
- Children aged 4–12 years (max height 140 cm): child ticket rate
- Visitors aged 13 and above: adult ticket rate
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
⚠️ Songkran Notice (12–13 April 2026): The show will continue to run as normal on 12–13 April 2026. However, hotel transfer services from the Patong and Kamala areas only will be suspended on these dates due to Songkran road closures. Transfer services resume on 14 April 2026. Guests without transfers are unaffected — please make your own way to the venue at 8 Sirirat Rd, Patong, Phuket.

- No-shows are charged at 100% of the ticket value
- Date and show time changes are not permitted after booking
- In the event of a show cancellation by the venue due to circumstances beyond our control, our customer support team will assist with alternatives or credit where applicable
