About Full-Day Gallipoli Tour from Istanbul

On a full-day tour to the Gallipoli battlefields, learn about the legendary World War I campaign in which Allied Forces, including many from Australia and New Zealand, attempted to open up a supply route to Russia. You will leave Istanbul early in the morning and make stop for refreshments on the way. Your tour will centre on the ANZAC sector of the infamous battlefields once you arrive on the Gallipoli Peninsula. Visit 11 different points of interest, including ANZAC Cove, where the Australian and New Zealand troops' tragic events first took place, to learn more.
The Ariburnu Cemetery and the ANZAC Commemorative Site are highlights of your tour. See the Turkish Canon Batteries as well as the landing beach at Anzac Cove, which served as the main base for Australian and New Zealand troops. Discover the resting place of Anzac legend John Simpson Kirkpatrick, and pay your respects to memorials erected to remember the fallen, such as the Australian Lone Pine Memorial and the New Zealand Chunuk Bair Memorial.
