Here are the steps to get there:   Flight : If you’re arriving in Dubai by air, you’ll land at Dubai International Airport (DXB) or Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). From there, you can take a taxi or arrange for hotel transportation to Palm Jumeirah.   Taxi : Taxis are readily available at the airport and throughout the city. Simply provide the address, “Atlantis, The Palm, Palm Jumeirah,” to the taxi driver.   Rental Car: If you prefer more flexibility, you can rent a car at the airport or in the city. Dubai’s road network is well-maintained and easy to navigate.   Hotel Shuttle: If you’re staying at a hotel in Dubai, check if they offer shuttle services to Atlantis and The Palm.   Once you arrive at Atlantis, The Palm, you can either follow the signs or ask the hotel staff for directions to the Dubai Balloon attraction. Tickets are valid for six months from the initially selected travel date. Unused tickets are non-refundable, but you have the option to reschedule within the next six months.
