Journey Through a Colorful Symphony: The Enchanting World of a Butterfly Garden in UAE

If there is one thing that adults and kids love alike, it is butterflies. They are so delicate yet so magnificent, that it mesmerizes anyone who watches them, irrespective of the age. The Dubai Butterfly Garden is home to various exotic species of butterflies, making it an excellent place to visit with your family. Apart from butterflies, they have nature’s very best elements like birds, and koi fishes as well. Want to know what makes this butterfly garden a favorite among both parents and kids? Read on, guys! The Dubai Butterfly Garden The lifestyle and structure of our lives in the current times are rather dull. Be it for adults or kids, entertainment and wonder have been reduced to the four-sided smartphone and other gadgets. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, people often forget to stop and wonder how beautiful the nature around them is. The Dubai Butterfly Garden can be considered a safe haven where nature still thrives in its complete glory. As the name suggests, the garden mainly consists of domes that host thousands of species fo butterflies. It is considered to be the world’s most extensive covered butterfly garden. The place in itself looks like a fairyland which has everything children need to stay happy and content. It is a great place to take your kids to and spend your weekend because it is an excellent opportunity for them to get in touch with nature and explore things independently. The garden consists of different domes that are temperature controlled, and tons of exotic and colorful butterflies belong in each. They also have other attractions that glue children to them, along with the beautiful architecture explicitly made with kids in mind. The Exotic Garden And Its Wonders The garden is open for visitors from Friday to Saturday, from 9 am in the morning to 6 pm in the evening.  There are multiple ways to get here, as the garden is located in a pretty accessible area:   The RTA buses are available from the Mall of Emirates to Dubai Miracle Garden & Dubai Butterfly Garden. You can avail the service as it goes both ways. Another way to reach the Dubai Butterfly Garden is to take the Dubai metro, which stops at the Mall of Emirates. You can also make use of a taxi service available to the location if public transportation is not your cup of tea. Once you reach the garden and purchase the tickets, you can take the map of the garden as a guide to locate the places you want to visit. You can start with the butterfly domes right away, or you can just relax in the sitting area with your family and take in the view. The butterfly park has a lot of shops and food places, which makes it a great place for families to go. There are gift shops, butterfly museums, candy shops, and even a place in the park where you can find different birds. We can say this another way: the Dubai Butterfly Garden is fun for more than just seeing the butterflies. Beyond The Fun And Games With a little more attention, you can see on the butterfly garden plan that there is something called a teaching area. You can learn more about the different kinds of butterflies they have in their yard and how they live their lives here. Seeing a caterpillar turn into a butterfly can be educational for everyone, even adults. In the teaching area, you can see how the butterfly grows from an egg to a worm to a pupa and finally to a butterfly. There are teachers and experts on butterflies here who know a lot about the subject. Children can ask the experts and guides their doubts regarding the lifecycle of a butterfly and anything else they seem curious about. It is an excellent way to give a live demonstration of things they otherwise learn at school in two dimensions alone. The Anteos Clorinde, also known as the White Angled Sulphur, is one of the most unusual butterfly species in the butterfly garden. The other two are Athyma Perius (also known as Common Sergeant) and Archaeoprepona Demophon (also known as One-Spotted Prepona, Banded King Shoemaker, or Demophon Shoemaker). Top 4 Things To Do At The Dubai Butterfly Garden It is always good to have a basic idea of what you will do when you visit the butterfly garden in Dubai. Here are some of the interesting things you can do and the places you can visit while you are there:   1. Give the Koi Pond a visit The Dubai Butterfly Garden’s second dome has breathtaking Koi fish in unique pools. Koi fish (Nishikigoi) are domesticated common carp (Cyprinus carpio). They were cultivated for their vibrant colors and intricate decorations. Koi, the lovely fish, originated in Japan. These are called jinli in Mandarin Chinese. Due to their importance, they are currently preserved as decorative fish in ponds and water parks worldwide. Golden, white, and orange Koi fish float in the clean waters of the Dubai Butterfly Garden pond, bringing calm and quiet. The water changes hues as they swim in the pond, making it a visual spectacle for the visitors as well.   2. How about kids cinema? If you are visiting the Dubai Butterfly Gaden with kids, then you know how quickly they get tired of simply walking around and get distracted. In order to satisfy their curiosity, the garden also has its own kids cinema known as the Dubai Butterfly Garden Kids Cinema. The selection of movies includes educational ones, which include the lifecycle of a butterfly, along with animations of a similar type. But that’s not it; they also have a selected collection of Disney movies for children, which makes sure that the cinema is one of the favorite places they would want to visit in the garden! “Butterflies are self-propelled flowers.”   3.
